I have been dropping the ball on cropping and uploading photos so this means that a lot of photos are coming up really soon!

Today let’s talk about Bound Angle Pose. Oh the joys of stretching by placing the soles of your feet together and pushing your knees to the floor. I don’t know about you, but my legs are much stronger than my arms (I say as dryly as I can). My arms muscles don’t stand a chance against my legs. How on earth are my arms supposed to push down my knees? It isn’t because I don’t have the flexibility to get my legs touching the ground because when coaches push my legs down they touch the ground with hardly any effort.. I wonder what it is that allows some people to rest their legs on the ground without trying. As you can see this is not in my skill set. ;D

As I was saying before, my tumbling class has become too intense for me. I need a day off and Wednesdays are the only option. I am super excited because I switched to a silks acrobatic class on Tuesdays and I start today! Many fun photos to come I am sure. 🙂
